What does your service cost? The cost depends on the printing option you choose:

1. Self Print – You download and print the book yourself with everyone’s pictures and comments: $29.95 (Up to 40 pages and 40 cents a page for additional pages)

2. Deluxe Printing – We format, print and send you a beautiful coffee table quality book – $119.95 plus shipping (Up to 40 pages and $1.00 a page for additional pages)

3. Guest Book – You download and print a guest book to use for handwritten comments – $5.95

It is asking me to pay for a print option before I am ready to print my book. Help?

In order to edit the comments in the book you must pre-pay for a print option. Guests can still continue to contribute to the book. You decide when you want to print your book.

If you choose “self print” you can print as often as you like and you can make unlimited changes to the book.

If you choose the “deluxe print”, click the “SEND TO PRINT” button under the PRINT TAB when you are ready for us to print your book. You also can use the self print option as often as you like.


Can I add multiple pictures to a guest’s entry

The system only allows you to upload one picture to per entry. If you want to add multiple pictures, we suggest you use your own graphics program to combine the pictures and then save it as one “jpg” file and upload that to the site.


How do I change my order?
To change your order just email us at Support@CelebrateAHero.com and we will make the change for you.

Can I change my password?

Absolutely! To change your password, log into the My Account section. Click on Account Information, directly under the large tabs, to reach a form for changing your password information. You will be prompted to enter your current password and your new password twice. Please remember to click the Submit button or your change will not be saved. A confirmation will appear to let you know the change is complete.

Will my password be given out to invited guests?

Your guests will not have access to your personal password. Guests will need only to Book ID to make comments or upload pictures in the book you have created. For more information on passwords and Book ID’s, click here.

Can I invite guests without knowing their e-mail addresses?

Sure! Although your guests will need a valid e-mail address to make a contribution, it is not necessary to utilize our Invitation Service to invite guests. We send all book organizers a Book ID. Give this ID# to your guests and direct them to www.CelebrateAHero.com where they may click on the Invited Guests tab to log in and make comments in a book.

How can I put a photo on the title page?

Absolutely! In order to place a photograph on your Title Page, log into your book and go to “Edit Book Settings.” You will see a option for uploading an image to the title page.

How many pages am I allowed?

There is no limit to the number of pages you may have in a gift book. Pages are added as guest contribute.

Can I change the design after people comment?

Certainly! The cover and page design may be changed at any point in the gift book process. This will not affect your book’s comments or the headings you have chosen. The only change that may occur is to the color of the text. Go to “Edit Book Pages” and use the “Theme” Option to pick another design.

Is there a way to change the font and font size?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to alter the font. The font is specific to the page design you have chosen. However, you can change sizing of the font using the “edit box” in the ‘change layout and contents” section.

Can I change the closing date and/or e-mail notification address?

Yes. Book Organizers may make these changes by logging into a book and going to ‘guest reminder options”. You will see a field for changing the book close date and email notifications.
